Protein packed these quick, easy 2 ingredient bagels satisfy every time! Ingredients: 220g self raising flour 250g Greek yoghurt Optional: egg yolk, sesame seeds, garlic powder Instructions: Step 1: Add the flour and yoghurt to a bowl, mix well Step 2: Once the dough begins to form, remove it from the bowl and knead by hand Step 3: Portion the dough into 3 large or 5 small sections Step 4: Roll the dough and form the edges to create a bagel shape Step 5: Coat the bagels with the egg yolk, along with the sesame seeds and any other seasoning Step 6: Place in the airfryer for 20 minutes on 180c ? 3-5 servings ⏰ 30 minute meal ? tag @revivewithjess in your creations!
