Tuck into this easy tray bake coated in a savoury and sweet miso glaze! Packed with pre & probiotics miso supports digestion and the growth of ‘good’ bacteria ⚡️ Ingredients: 4 tbsp water 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp miso paste 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 chicken breasts (or thighs) 2 potatoes, cut into chunks 2 carrots, cut into chunks 1 chilli, diced ½ head of broccoli, cut into chunks ½ red onion, sliced Instructions: Step 1: Heat the oven to 250c and coat a deep dish in baking paper Step 2: Add the potato, onion, carrot and chicken to the dish - place the dish into the oven for 20 minutes Step 3: To a small microwave safe bowl add the water, honey, miso, soy sauce and chilli, place in the microwave for 30 seconds Step 4: Remove the dish from the oven, add the broccoli and pour over the sauce - place the dish back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is completely cooked through Step 5: Once the juices from the chicken run clear, serve the bake and pour over any remaining sauce from the dish ? 4 servings ⏰ 35 minute meal ? tag @revivewithjess in your creations!
